Jesselie A. Sunga
Education/Academic Attainments: 
Ms. Sunga obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Santo Tomas in 2016 and graduated among the top ten of her class. She represented the Philippines in the 2015 Foreign Direct Investment Arbitration Moot Competition held in Korea University, Seoul, South Korea and in King’s College, London. Ms. Sunga also served as an Editor of the UST Law Review Journal from 2013 to 2016. She was an active member of the UST Debate and Moot Society from 2014 until 2016. She completed her degree in Communication Arts in the same university, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2010. Ms. Sunga was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2017.
Law Professorial Positions & Legal Publications: 
Ms. Sunga wrote “The Weakest Link in Arbitration: Recognition and Enforcement of a Foreign Arbitral Award” [Vol. 60, No. 1, UST Law Review Journal (2016)], which was published in the UST Law Review Journal, an official publication of the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Civil Law. Ms. Sunga also wrote the legal article, “Internationalization of Legal Education: Is the Filipino Law Student Prepared?” [PALS Annual Legal Essay Writing Competition (2014)] which was published by the Philippine Association of Law Schools.

Ms. Sunga is a member of the Quezon City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
