Mr. Vera Cruz has been continuously engaged in the practice of law for 39 years, mostly in the field of litigation and dispute resolution. He has appeared in all levels of the Judiciary including the Supreme Court as well as in various quasi-judicial and administrative agencies. He formerly headed the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department of ACCRALAW.
Mr. Vera Cruz obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Philippines in 1974. He completed his degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the College of Business Administration of the University of the Philippines in 1970. He has a Master of Laws degree from the Cornell University.
