The Firm is a leader in the field of construction law and construction arbitration. ACCRALAW’s lawyers have drafted complex architectural, construction, contractors, sub-contractors and supply agreements which have served as the legal foundations of some of the most expensive and iconic buildings which dominate the skylines of the premier business districts. ACCRALAW has also been involved in other vertical and horizontal developments such as major expressways, Stages 2 and 3 of the Skyway Project and the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) airport terminal, among others.

 

ACCRALAW’s lawyers are likewise pioneers in the field of construction arbitration and are experienced with the pertinent rules applicable to construction litigation. The Firm’s lawyers have authored a book, papers and spoken in various symposia, on construction arbitration. They have acted as both advocates and arbitrators for foreign as well as local clients within and without the Philippines on construction arbitration issues. ACCRALAW was involved in the arbitration involving the tallest building in the Philippines, NAIA, Terminal 3 and SCTEX, among others.

 

The Firm represents clients before the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission (CIAC) and has in its roster active CIAC arbitrators.
