Expert advice of the Firm is sought by major domestic and foreign corporations operating in the Philippines on issues relating to outsourcing/contracting out of various functions/services, the design and/or implementation of rightsizing or manpower reduction programs, overseas employment, and social security among others.


The Firm also conducts legal audits and reviews of employment terms and conditions, employee relations policies, labor-related contracts and contracting arrangements negotiations for collective bargaining agreements.
