The Firm welcomes, Regis V. Puno, as Of Counsel. He received his Bachelor of Laws Degree from the Ateneo de Manila University in 1985 and his Master of Laws Degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. in 1987.
He was a former Senior Partner of Puno and Puno Law Offices. He was also a former Undersecretary of the Department of Justice. He is currently a Consultant/Special Legal Counsel of Metrobank and holds directorships for several corporations, to name a few, GT Capital Holdings, Corp, LNG Chemicals, Lepanto Consolidated Mining Co., GN Power Holdings Corp, and the Rockwell Club. His extensive law practice includes: Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution; Real Estate Development; Regulatory, Legislative and Compliance; Mergers and Acquisitions; Corporate and Commercial; Construction and Infrastructure; Aviation; and Taxation (Estate Planning).
