ACCRALAW acted as counsel to the issuer, the Keepers Holdings, Inc. formerly known as Da Vinci Capital Holdings (KEEPR) in its ₽4.5 Billion follow-on public offering which was listed in the Philippine Stock Exchange last 19 November 2021. KEEPR is currently the largest distributor of imported spirits and specialty beverages in the Philippines and is the exclusive distributor of globally renowned brands, such as Alfonso, Johnnie Walker, Jose Cuervo, Jim Beam, Jinro, Absolut, Bailey’s Red Bull, and Perrier.
The follow-on public offering was undertaken by KEEPR after it acquired the liquor and specialty beverage distribution business from Cosco Capital via a share swap transaction.
