Our Firm’s Leland R. Villadolid Jr., Senior Partner of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department, participated as panelist on the topic “Technology and Talent Management for the Legal Team” before the officers and members of ASIAN-MENA Counsel – InHouse Community, 2019 In-House Congress held last 5 September 2019 at Raffles and Fairmont Hotel in Makati City.
Mr. Villadolid talked about the latest technology and software applications utilized by Law Firms as a catalyst for delivery of efficient and cost-effective legal services to its clients. Mr. Villadolid also gave his views on managing legal talent with the end view of producing home-grown partners in the Firm and the importance of training them early on the use of technology in rendering quality legal services for clients of the Firm.
