Capping the ACCRALAW Business Law Forum held last 4 October 2019 was the launching of the book, “The Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines: Its Theories and Applications”. It was co-authored by Teresita J. Herbosa and Eric R. Recalde.

Mr. Villadolid talked about the legal solutions that may be utilized by banks and financial institutions to safeguard personal information of their customers while at the same time share information in order to prevent and/or combat cyber security threats to their respective institutions.
Mr. Gaba served as one of the Panelists during the Summit’s session on Data Breach and Security Incidents. He shared with the participants his experience handling various data privacy-related complaints, and security incidents and breach cases.
On 23 – 27 September 2019, the Firm’s George S.D. Aquino conducted pre-bar lectures at the Ateneo de Manila School of Law (Ateneo Law) on the topics of Civil Procedure and Criminal Procedure.
Spearheaded by Jefferson M. Marquez, the Senior Partner of the Firm’s Cebu Branch, the Firm held its annual Business Law Forum at the City Sports Club Cebu last 25 September 2019. The forum was attended by the Firm’s clients representing different industries as well as law students from the University of San Carlos (USC).
