Mr. Pantaleon has handled domestic and international arbitrations, adjudication proceedings and commercial litigation. He has represented power, water and telecommunications companies in disputes involving regulation, rates and contracts. Mr. Pantaleon has acted as counsel in defense of mass tort and negligence actions and claims arising from alleged violations of environmental laws and penal laws. He has represented local and foreign banks and financial institutions in actions relating to deposits, trust accounts, foreclosure of mortgages and complex rehabilitation and insolvency cases. He has also handled cases involving the recovery of fraudulently-acquired commercial and residential properties. Mr. Pantaleon has also represented corporate clients in challenging tax assessments issued by the Bureau of Internal Revenue and Local Government Units.
Mr. Pantaleon earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from the San Beda College. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the same university, where he graduated cum laude.
Law Professorial Positions & Legal Publications:
Mr. Pantaleon teaches Remedial Law Review in the Lyceum of the Philippines University. Remedial Law Review is an integration of all procedural law subjects particularly Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure, Evidence, Special Proceedings and other special rules of procedure.

Mr. Pantaleon is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and the Asean Law Association. He is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators
