Intellectual Property

The Firm provides counsel on all facets of trademark law practice: advising on the registrability of marks, slogans, and logos, conducting trademark availability searches and filing and prosecuting trademark applications in the Philippines and other countries. ACCRALAW assists in conducting comprehensive examinations and audits of intellectual property assets including the evaluation and verification of the current status of these assets with the relevant government agencies particularly, the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines.


The Firm strongly advocates protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights and our services include, among others: (i) sending cease and desist letters; (ii) applying for and implementing, search warrants; (iii) representing clients in civil, criminal, and administrative cases; (iv) applying for and enforce injunctive reliefs, such as temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions.


ACCRALAW also assists clients in formulating and implementing suitable enforcement strategies, taking into consideration the practicality of each action and the client’s budgetary limits.
