The I.T. & Business Process Association of the Philippines, Inc. (IBPAP) is hosting a webinar entitled “Wading Through DOLE and PEZA Regulations Amidst the Lockdown” for its members on 27 April 2020 at 2:30 – 4:00 pm. The Department of Labor and Employment will be represented by Undersecretary Ana C. Dione, while the Philippine Economic Zone Authority will be represented by its Deputy Director for General Operations Mary Harriet O. Abordo. Panelists from ACCRALAW, namely Emerico O. De. Guzman and Elaine Patricia S. Reyes-Rodolfo, will also share their insights on the relevant laws and issuances. Mr. De Guzman is the Firm’s Managing Partner and specializes in labor and employment law. Ms. Reyes-Rodolfo is a Partner and handles special projects and corporate advisory work, among others, including PEZA matters.
