Asian Legal Business (ALB) recognized ACCRALAW Partners Clarence Darrow C. Valdecantos and Erwin Jay V. Filio among the Philippines’ Client Choice Lawyers for 2021. The recognition was given to “top lawyers in the country when it comes to client service.” ALB sought recommendations from clients, including in-house counsel and business decision makers.
Mr. Valdecantos is a Partner and the Head of the Firm’s Labor and Employment Department. He specializes on different areas of labor and employment laws, and has advised multinational and domestic corporations on the legal aspects of their employment-related projects and undertakings.
Mr. Filio is a Partner of the Firm’s Labor and Employment Department. He has extensive experience handling employment termination disputes and money claims, labor inspections and audits, outsourcing concerns, collective bargaining, and strikes, among others. He has also handled labor-related criminal litigation work, including prosecutions for acts of unfair labor practice.
