The Philippine Bar Association (PBA) is the oldest voluntary association of lawyers in the Philippines. ACCRALAW supports the PBA and its advocacy of upholding the Rule of Law.
Chrysilla Carissa P. Bautista, ACCRALAW Partner, has been recently re-elected as one of the Trustees of the PBA. She has also been elected as Assistant Treasurer for this current term. During her initial term as Trustee, she chaired the PBA’s Business Committee. She also helped re-establish its website that allowed the PBA to share its position on pressing national issues.
The PBA’s Board of Trustees took their oath last 9 February 2022 at the Supreme Court’s Session Hall. Their oath was administered by Associate Justice Jhosep Y. Lopez.
Capitalizing on her litigation and dispute resolution background, Ms. Bautista advises clients on the execution of strategic investments, M&A deals, and complex commercial projects.
