The YSIAC, a committee composed of young arbitration professionals of the Singapore Arbitration International Centre (SIAC), interviewed ACCRALAW’s Patricia-Ann T. Prodigalidad for Issue 28 of the YSIAC Newsletter. Ms. Prodigalidad is an experienced arbitration practitioner, both as an advocate and arbitrator.
Her practice extends to construction and domestic and international commercial disputes. Ms. Prodidgalidad is the only female arbitrator from the Philippines who is accredited by the SIAC.
Ms. Prodigalidad shared her insights on the growing arbitration practice in the Philippines and the challenges faced by arbitration practitioners. She also suggested tips to young practitioners in the Philippines who try to break into the field of international arbitration.
