In an interview with Asia Business Law Journal (ABLJ), ACCRALAW Senior Partner Leland R. Villadolid Jr. identified key issues and practice areas that will “trend in the coming year.”
Mr. Villadolid expects the practice areas of fintech, IT, and cybersecurity to develop even more, especially now that data privacy and security issues continue to be more crucial in various industries in the Philippines. He also mentioned that the demand for arbitration in resolving disputes shall continue to grow, in addition to the highly-anticipated election-related cases in the second and third quarters of the year.
ABLJ also introduced ACCRALAW Senior Partner Patricia-Ann T. Prodigalidad and Mr. Villadolid as the newly-elected Managing Partner and Co-Managing Partner, respectively, of the Firm.
