ACCRALAW Partner Eric R. Recalde served as one of the panel moderators during the webinar, “IT-BPM Shift to WFH: What to Expect?”. The webinar was organized by the Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines (“FINEX”) and held last 15 November 2022.
The webinar discussed the pressing topics concerning IT-BPOs, including work-from-home arrangements, fiscal incentives, and other regulatory requirements.
Mr. Recalde advises on various taxation issues such as tax planning and structuring, employee benefits, tax treaty applications, and customs and international trade laws. He also represents clients in tax litigation, involving administrative protests and claims
for refund before courts and other government agencies. He is regularly cited by legal publications as a leading lawyer for Tax in the Philippines.
Mr. Recalde is the Head of ACCRALAW’s Tax Department.
