For the second consecutive year, ACCRALAW was recognized by Asian Legal Business (ALB) as the Immigration Law Firm of the Year. The recognition was given during ALB’s Philippine Law Awards, which was held at The Peninsula Manila on 25 November 2022.
ACCRALAW’s Immigration Department has a track record of facilitating successful petitions for administrative and judicial naturalization, recognition, and dual citizenship, and provides legal representation in litigious immigration cases, such as the inclusion and lifting of various derogatory records (i.e. Alert List Orders, Black List Orders, and Hold Departure Orders), exclusion of foreign nationals from Philippine ports of entry, the prosecution of undesirable aliens, and preparation of defenses against unmeritorious deportation charges.
