In the recent Philippine Law Awards of Asian Legal Business (ALB), ACCRALAW was recognized as the Litigation Law Firm of the Year. The ceremony was held at The Peninsula Manila on 25 November 2022.
The Firm successfully litigates commercial, administrative, civil and criminal cases, and represents domestic and foreign parties in various courts and other administrative tribunals. ACCRALAW also represents clients in cross border disputes arising out of international transactions, and assists them in the enforcement of judgments rendered by foreign jurisdictions.
The Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department is led by Senior Partner Oliver L. Pantaleon, and assisted by Department Monitor Patricia Kay L. Tysmans-Clemente.
