ACCRALAW was recognized as the Labor and Employment Law Firm of the Year in the recent Philippine Law Awards of Asian Legal Business (ALB).
The Firm’s Labor and Employment Department represents clients in various employment issues such as the provision of employee benefits, collective bargaining agreements, and compliance with various labor laws and regulations. ACCRALAW also handles the litigation of labor standards and relations cases such as illegal dismissals and strikes, and reviews various employee policies and codes of conduct, with the end in view of maintaining industrial peace.
