ACCRALAW Partner Antonio Eduardo S. Nachura, Jr. was among the examiners appointed for the Political and Public International Law core subject. He was joined by Atty. Juanito B. Arcilla, Dean Sedfrey M. Candelaria, and Prof. Ranulfo G. Mendoza, consistent with the Supreme Court’s multiple examiner policy.
Mr. Nachura is with the Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. He specializes in litigation, alternative dispute resolution, administrative law, civil law, criminal law, and corporate law, and has appeared before various prosecutorial offices, trial and appellate courts, as well as quasi-judicial agencies and regulatory boards. He has also represented clients in arbitration before different tribunals, including those governed by the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. Mr. Nachura is a Professor of Philippine Political Law, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Law of Public Officers, Election Law, and Law on Public Corporations at San Beda University College of Law.
Mr. Nachura’s appointment by Supreme Court Associate Justice and 2023 Supreme Court Committee on Bar Examinations Chairperson Ramon Paul L. Hernando is a testament to the Supreme Court’s continued recognition of his expertise in the field of political and international law.
