ACCRALAW proudly announces the admission of Maria Angeline L. Tayag to the Partnership.
Ms. Tayag joined the Firm’s Corporate and Special Project Department on 7 April 2014. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Ateneo de Manila University where she graduated with honors in 2013. She also completed her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of the Philippines and graduated magna cum laude in 2009.
On 1 January 2017, she was promoted to Senior Associate.
Ms. Tayag has a wide range of experience in advising foreign clients interested in investing in the Philippines. She advises clients on doing business issues and recommends the most appropriate corporate structure.
She has also assisted clients in various transactions, including M&A deals for both the seller and buyer. Her M&A deals encompass local and cross-border transactions.
