Mr. Reynaldo J. Concepcion of ACCRALAW’s Corporate and Special Projects Department was recently promoted to Senior Partner.
Mr. Concepcion’s practice focuses on corporate law and transactional work. He has assisted clients in various M&A deals from due diligence to negotiations. He also has experience in securities and capital markets.
He completed his Bachelor of Laws from Lyceum of the Philippines University and Bachelor of Science in Legal Management from Ateneo de Manila University. He also obtained a Master’s degree in Management from the Asian Institute of Management.
