On 16 April 2024, ACCRALAW Partners Louie John D. Lood and Aylward M. Consulta delivered lectures at the Learning Session entitled “Let Us Talk More About Labor Laws” for the Mactan Economic Processing Zone – Human Resource Association Inc. (MEPZ-HRA). The Learning Session is an activity organized by MEPZ-HRA for its member companies’ human resource and operations employees. The Learning Session was held at Big Hotel, Mandaue City.
Mr. Consulta discussed the topic Labor Standards – Company Policies and Statutory Benefits. He took the opportunity to update the HR practitioners on the different employees’ statutory benefits.
An engaging open forum followed the lectures.
Mr. Lood and Mr. Consulta practice with the full-service team of lawyers in ACCRALAW’s Cebu Branch. Mr. Lood is currently the Monitor of the Cebu Branch. His practice is focused on litigation and employment law.
