ALPAS, ACCRALAW’s legal outreach arm, aims to provide accessible legal assistance to undeserved communities. It serves as a platform for ACCRALAW lawyers to give back to the community by sharing their legal knowledge, training, and expertise with society’s poor and marginalized.
For this pilot outreach, Maria Khristina Z. Garcia-Angel, an ACCRALAW Partner and Head of the Firm’s Immigration Department, led a team that included Senior Associate Andre Philippe E. Ramos, and Associates Ma. Veronica S. Pine, Gabriel P. Leda, Angelica Gabrielle D. Gabinete, and Micah Cheyenne M. Ecarma-Vargas. They provided pro bono legal consultations on matters involving civil, criminal, and labor law to beneficiaries at the San Roque Cathedral Kalookan.
