The Philippine Institute of Construction Arbitrators and Mediators (“PICAM”) held the First PICAM Construction Arbitration Moot Competition from 14 to 15 July at the University of the Philippines BGC Campus. Eight law schools from different parts of the country fielded well-prepared moot teams for this momentous event.
The Firm’s Managing Partner, Patricia-Ann T. Prodigalidad, and Senior Partner, Jose Martin R. Tensuan, both of whom are PICAM Trustees and Officers, as well as other accredited arbitrators of the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission (“CIAC”), were designated as arbitrators/judges.
A dinner at the Marquis Events Place hosted by the CIAC culminated the event.
