Lood followed with a talk on “Mental Health: Obligations of Employers and Employees in the Workplace”, highlighting the shared responsibilities in fostering a mentally healthy work environment.

The face-to-face session drew over one hundred (100) attendees, comprising human resource managers, supervisors, and practitioners, reflecting the strong interest and commitment of Cebu’s HR community to promoting drug-free and mentally healthy workplaces.
