On 23 December 2025, SEAI Metro Manila One, Inc. (“SEAIMMO”), the Philippine subsidiary of Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd., executed the implementing deeds pursuant to the Joint Venture Agreement and Investment Agreement with Arthaland Corporation (“Arthaland”) and Zileya Land Developemnt Corporation (“Zileya”) for the development, construction, and sale of a premium residential condominium project along Arnaiz Avenue in Legaspi Village, Makati City.
Through this transaction, SEAIMMO acquired forty percent (40%) of Arthaland’s rights, title and interest in its shareholdings and advances in Zileya, the project company, for a total consideration of Php724.83 million.
ACCRALAW acted as Philippine counsel for Mitsui Fudosan Co. Ltd. in collaboration with Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu, as foreign counsel.
