ACCRALAW acted as counsel to BDO Capital & Investment Corporation, as sole issue manager, underwriter, and bookrunner in the warrants offering of Alliance Global Group, Inc. (“AGI”). AGI issued around 2.2 billion warrants and raised Php 1.1 billion in gross proceeds from the offer. The warrants were listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange on 19 December 2025.
AGI is one of the largest conglomerates in the Philippines, with interests in property development, food and beverage manufacture and distribution, quick-service restaurants and integrated tourism development businesses. Its subsidiaries include Emperador Inc., Megaworld Corporation, and Travellers International Hotel Group, Inc.
