ACCRALAW acted as counsel to the House of Investments, Inc. (“HI”) in its joint venture partnership with Lima Land, Inc., an affiliate of Aboitiz InfraCapital, Inc., for the development of a 184-hectare property in Tarlac City. The joint venture is undertaken through HI’s subsidiary, Tarlac Terra Ventures, Inc. (“TTVI”).
ACCRALAW assisted HI on the compulsory notification requirements under R.A. No. 10667, otherwise known as the Philippine Competition Act, of the joint venture transaction and in the negotiation of the definitive agreements.
