ACCRALAW Senior Partners Arnold M. Corporal and Jose Martin R. Tensuan will attend the 27th International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA) Congress in Madrid, Spain, from 12 to 15 April 2026.
Mr. Corporal and Mr. Tensuan are both Senior Partners of the Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. Mr. Tensuan is also the Monitor of the Firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Group, while Mr. Corporal is the Co-Head of the Firm’s Practice Development Committee.
This year’s theme, “International Arbitration: Local, Global or Both?” explores the dynamics of a fast-evolving international arbitration landscape and the balance between universal standards and regional diversity. As the practice expands, a specialized pool of international practitioners and an internationalized bar have emerged, successfully integrating global talent with local expertise.
The upcoming Congress will bring together diverse voices, promoting a dialogue that incorporates unique cultural frameworks to ensure arbitration remains a flexible, responsive, and widely accepted solution for international disputes.
