Leland R. Villadolid, Jr. Joins as Panelist at the World Judicial Integrity Forum 2026

ACCRALAW Senior Partner and Co-Managing Partner Leland R. Villadolid, Jr. joined as a panelist at the World Judicial Integrity Forum 2026, held on 13 May 2026 at Rangsit University in Bangkok, Thailand. Organized by the International Strategy Institute, the forum gathered chief justices, senior judges, court administrators, legal scholars, and policymakers across Asia to discuss contemporary issues affecting judicial systems and the administration of justice under the theme, “Justice, Reform, and Resilience: Towards a Global Legal Future.”

The forum aimed to enhance transparency, improve judicial efficiency, strengthen institutional credibility, and promote long-term collaboration among diverse yet interconnected Asian legal systems in advancing justice, reform, and resilience across the region.

Mr. Villadolid, Jr. participated in the panel discussion on “Digital Transformation of Courts: Innovation, Cybersecurity, and Access to Justice,” which examined the opportunities and challenges arising from the increasing adoption of digital technologies in judicial systems across Asia, including e-filing systems, virtual hearings, digital case management platforms, cybersecurity safeguards, and access to justice initiatives.

Besides serving as the Co-Managing Partner of ACCRALAW, Mr. Villadolid, Jr. specializes in litigation and arbitration primarily in the areas of information, telecommunication, and technology. He also handles cases on cybercrime and cyber security, public utilities, antitrust and trade regulation, environment and natural resources, consumer protection, and product liability.
