ACCRALAW acted as counsel to Issuer, Century Properties Group Inc. (“CPGI”), in connection with its PHP3 billion 5-year Series A 7.7000% Fixed Rate Notes issuance on 30 June 2026.
CPGI is a holding and real estate company in the Philippines, principally engaged in the development, marketing, and sale of mid- and high-rise condominiums and single detached homes, leasing of retail and office space, and property management.
