Mr. Alonzo has handled significant transactions, including:
- acting as counsel to the underwriters in the initial public offering of common shares of a renewable energy company;
- merger involving two top Philippine banks, and due diligence arising from direct and indirect acquisitions by various venture funds of entities in the Philippines;
- providing advice and assistance in national procurement and public-private partnership projects under the New Government Procurement Reform Act and the Public Private Partnership Code; and
- securing regulatory approvals from the National Telecommunications Commission and providing advice for entities providing telecommunications and value-added services.
He served as an Editor of the Philippine Law Journal from 2018 to 2019.

Mr. Alonzo was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022 and is a member of the Quezon City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
