Ms. Castro has extensive experience in representing individuals and corporations in civil, criminal, and administrative litigation, and arbitration proceedings. She has handled significant transactions including representing a shipping and logistics company in the approval of its petition for rehabilitation; advising a multinational confectionery company on matters involving food safety regulation; assisting the largest electric distribution utility in the Philippines and its affiliate in domestic arbitrations involving electricity pricing in the contestable market, and advising a premier convenience store chain on matters involving its franchise agreement in the Philippines.
Ms. Castro is also a registered Chemist. Prior to becoming a lawyer, she took on a clinical research associate post where she experienced various phases of human clinical trials, sponsor/client audits, and Food and Drug Administration inspection. She was immersed on human clinical trial studies of immunology and rheumatology drugs, and flu and dengue vaccines.
Ms. Castro was recognized for her Exemplary Performance for the 2020/2021 Bar Examinations and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022. She is a member of the Bulacan Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
