Mr. Lumbre graduated among the top twenty students of his graduating class.
He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Lumbre was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022 and is a member of the Makati City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
