Mr. Nitura has represented corporate and individual clients in various administrative, civil, and criminal litigation. He specializes in matters involving data privacy, science and technology, as well as those involving graft and corruption.
Mr. Nitura has also assisted resource persons in various congressional inquiries involving proposed amendments to the Constitution, cybersecurity threats to the banking industry, and issues arising from a mass vaccination program.
He previously served as legal counsel of a top cryptocurrency exchange company in the Philippines engaged in the FinTech, crypto, blockchain and web3 industries.
Mr. Nitura has given lectures on political and administrative law.
Mr. Nitura was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2016 and is a member of the Makati City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
