ACCRALAW acted as Philippine counsel to the Managers, Standard Chartered Bank, MUFG Securities Asia Limited Singapore Branch, and Wells Fargo Securities International Limited of BDO Unibank issuance of 5-year 500M USD Senior Notes under its USD5Billion Medium Term Note Programme.
The 5-year Senior Notes carry a fixed coupon rate of 4.375%. The transaction was more than 3.2 times oversubscribed, with orders reaching approximately USD 1.6 billion.
