ACCRALAW has announced the promotions to Senior Partner of Neptali B. Salvanera, Victor N. De Leon, and Patricia Tysmans-Clemente in recognition of their leadership and significant contributions to the Firm.
Mr. Salvanera is with the Firm’s Labor and Employment Department. He has extensive experience in labor law litigation and advisory work. His practice covers cases involving illegal dismissals, unfair labor practice, labor audits, strikes, union organization and representation issues, as well as the labor aspects of mergers and acquisitions and the planning and implementation of manpower reduction programs. He also advises clients on workplace data privacy issues and has appeared before labor tribunals and appellate courts in various employment disputes. He is consistently recognized by various legal publications as a leading lawyer for Labor and Employment in the Philippines.
Mr. De Leon heads the Firm’s Intellectual Property Department. He advises local and foreign clients on the full spectrum of intellectual property matters, including trademark registration, portfolio management, licensing, and enforcement of intellectual property rights. His work also includes prosecuting trademark applications and representing clients in infringement and unfair competition cases before administrative tribunals and the courts. He is regularly cited by legal publications as a leading lawyer for Intellectual Property in the Philippines.
Ms. Tysmans-Clemente is with the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. Her practice includes family dispute resolution, estate planning, real estate transactions, construction contracts, and regulatory compliance in the energy and aviation sectors. She regularly appears as counsel before courts, quasi-judicial bodies, and arbitral tribunals in cases involving construction disputes, intra-corporate controversies, and other commercial matters. She has been consistently recognized by various legal publications as a leading lawyer for Dispute Resolution in the Philippines.
