Mr. Villareal graduated 5th among his graduating class.
He was part of the team that won the World Championship of the 2024 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, where he was also awarded Best Oralist in the World Championship Round.
He served as Editor of the Philippine Law Journal from 2024 to 2025. He authored an article entitled, “A Comprehensive Case for the Recognition in the Philippines of Same-Sex Marriages Between Filipinos Abroad” [99 PHIL. L.J. 1 (2025)].
Mr. Villareal ranked 15th among the successful examinees of the 2025 Bar Examinations. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2026 and is a member of the Rizal-RSM Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
