On 24 July 2026, the Angara Abello Concepcion Regala and Cruz Law Offices (ACCRALAW) held a testimonial dinner at the Shangri-La The Fort, Bonifacio Global City, to celebrate the admission of seven new Partners, namely, Ms. Celerina Rose D. Fajardo-Nacin, Ms. Franchesca Abigail C. Gesmundo, Ms. Shiree Amor P. Roma, Mr. James Patrick O. Alojado, Mr. Charlemagne Rae P. Chavez, Ms. Felice Suzanne D. Soria, and Mr. Dan Bernard S. Sabilala.
Ms. Fajardo-Nacin is part of ACCRALAW’s Corporate and Special Projects Department. Her expertise includes, among others, corporate structuring, data privacy compliance, contract management, mergers and acquisitions, securities and financing transactions, and government procurement. She obtained her AB Political Science, minor in English Literature degree in 2008, and Juris Doctor degree in 2012, both from the Ateneo de Manila University.
Ms. Gesmundo is part of ACCRALAW’s Labor and Employment Department. Her expertise includes, among others, adversarial and non-adversarial labor and employment matters. She obtained her BS Management degree in 2009, and Juris Doctor degree in 2013, both from the Ateneo de Manila University.
Ms. Roma is part of ACCRALAW’s Corporate and Special Projects Department. Her expertise includes, among others, securities and capital markets investments, mergers and acquisitions, and banking and finance. She obtained her BS Business Administration and Accountancy degree, cum laude, in 2006, and Juris Doctor degree in 2014, both from the University of the Philippines. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Alojado is part of ACCRALAW’s Corporate and Special Projects Department. His expertise includes, among others, real estate, corporate contracts, construction, and antitrust and trade regulation. He obtained his BS Business Administration and Accountancy degree, cum laude, in 2007, from the University of the Philippines, and his Juris Doctor Degree, with honors, in 2015, ranking tenth in his graduating class, from the Ateneo de Manila University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Chavez is part of ACCRALAW’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. His expertise includes, among others, handling cases before administrative agencies and international arbitral tribunals, commercial litigation and arbitration, energy regulation and disputes, financial rehabilitation and insolvency proceedings, and technology-related matters. He obtained his BS Legal Management degree in 2011, and his Juris Doctor degree, with honors, in 2015, both from the Ateneo de Manila University.
Ms. Soria is part of ACCRALAW’s Cebu Branch. Her expertise includes, among others, taxation, real estate, labor and employment, mergers and acquisitions, corporate contracts, and business process outsourcing. She obtained her BS Accountancy degree, magna cum laude, in 2010, and her Bachelor of Laws degree, ranking third in her graduating class, in 2014, both from the University of San Carlos. She is also a Certified Public Accountant and has taught financial accounting, corporation law, and partnership at her alma mater.
Mr. Sabilala is part of ACCRALAW’s Corporate and Special Projects Department. His expertise includes, among others, financial technology and digital banking, securities and capital markets investment, mergers and acquisitions, corporate contracts, construction, and business process outsourcing. He obtained his BS Accountancy degree, cum laude, in 2009 from Bicol University, and Bachelor of Laws degree in 2015, graduating among the top ten of his class, from San Beda University.
