Ms. Ang has extensive experience in general corporate and advisory work, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and foreign investments, securities, capital markets, and procurement law.
She is a Certified Securities Specialist.
Ms. Ang served as an Editor of the Philippine Law Journal from 2018 to 2019.
She has published several legal articles, including:
- “Dismantling a Duopoly: The Applicability of the Essential Facilities Doctrine in the Philippine Broadband Telecommunications Industry” 92 PHIL L.J. 685 (2019); and
- “Big Brother Casts His Shadow?: Proposing a Legal Privacy Framework for the Philippine Identification Systems Act” 93 PHIL L.J. 446 (2020).
Ms. Ang was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2020 and is a member of the Makati City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
