ACCRALAW acted as Philippine counsel to the issuer, Philippine National Bank (“PNB”), in connection with the update of PNB’s US$2 Billion Medium Term Note Programme (“PNB MTN Programme”) and the offshore offer and issuance of US$300 Million, 4.85% Senior Notes due 2029 (“Notes”). The Notes were issued under the PNB MTN Programme on 23 October 2024.

ACCRALAW was named the Philippines Trademark Prosecution Firm of 2024 at the 15th annual Asia IP Awards held on 17 November 2024. ACCRALAW Partner and Intellectual Property Department Monitor Richmond K. Lee received the award on behalf of the Firm from Asia IP publisher, Darren Barton.
