ACCRALAW Senior Associate Napoleon L. Gonzales III recently conducted the training module on Philippine Immigration and Citizenship Law for participants of the University of the Philippines (UP) Law Center’s Paralegal Training Program. The lecture was delivered asynchronously on 24 March 2025, followed by a live question-and-answer session on 29 March 2025.

ACCRALAW Partner Jose Eduardo T. Genilo was invited to speak at the 2025 Patent Agents and Patent Attorneys Training Course held on March 12 to 26, 2025. The training course was conducted by the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL), through the IP Academy and in partnership with the Association of Patent Agents (PAQE) Professionals.

Citicore Renewable Energy Corporation’s (“CREC”) Php5.3 billion initial public offering (“IPO”) was given the Best IPO Award in Southeast Asia at The Asset Triple A Sustainable Finance Awards, hosted by The Asset last 19 March 2025 in Hong Kong. The award recognizes the IPO’s success and the confidence of investors in CREC as a leader in the renewable energy industry in the region.

The PHP 5.3 billion initial public offering (“IPO”) of Citicore Renewable Energy Corporation (“CREC”) was recognized as 2024’s Best Mid-Cap Equity Deal of the Year at the 18th Annual Deal & Solution, ESG & Transaction Banking Awards, hosted by Alpha Southeast Asia on 12 February 2025, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
