ACCRALAW also represents clients in disputes before Philippine courts and domestic and foreign arbitration tribunals.
- Obtained the approval of the sale of a telecom entity before the NTC;

- Advised leading media and service mobile applications on its compliance with Philippine laws, including data privacy rules and regulations;
- Conducted due diligence relating to the acquisition of shares of a company that owns cellular towers nationwide;
- Advised mobile gaming operators on applicable regulations relating to mergers and acquisition of companies under similar industry;
- Advised and assisted applicant companies in securing the required permits and licenses from the SEC, NTC, and DICT.
