Mr. Bresnan was captain of the Philippine team to the 2021 Monroe E. Price Media Law Moot Court Competition held (via videoconference) in Oxford, United Kingdom, where he was recognized as one of the ten best oralists.
He also represented the Philippines in the 2022 Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition held in Washington, D.C., USA where he was similarly recognized as one of the best oralists.
Mr. Bresnan was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023 and is a member of the Makati City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
