Mr. Lota authored the legal article entitled, “Revisiting the Three-Term Rule: Counting Terms with the ‘Two-Thirds’ Standard” [94 PHIL. L.J. 853 (2021)].
He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022 and is a member of the Makati City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
