Ms. Sillada specializes in litigation, including criminal cases, contracts, and internet, technology and science.
She has handled significant transactions where she:
- Prosecuted cybercrime cases as counsel for corporate clients from the business process outsourcing and healthcare industry;
- Prosecuted white-collar crimes for multinational corporations;
- Advised and represented a corporate client from the information technology industry in a data privacy case before a quasi-judicial body;
- Represented a client in a commercial and civil litigation involving recovery of multi-million peso claim arising from breach of commercial agreement;
- Represented clients in property-related disputes, including actions for recovery of possession, cancellation of right-of-way, and claims for just compensation arising from government expropriation; and
- Advised and represented clients in negotiations and prepared commercial and settlement agreements to formalize business arrangements and settle legal disputes.
She graduated among the top five students of her graduating class.
Ms. Sillada was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022 and is a member of the Davao City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
