Ms. Romano-Weigel participated in the 17th Season of ANC’s Square Off, a national debate competition, where her team emerged as champion.
She also represented the Philippines in the 2022 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition held (via videoconference) and her team was recognized as Overall Best Respondent.
Ms. Romano-Weigel ranked 27th among the successful examinees of the 2022 Bar Examinations and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023. She is a member of the Cebu City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
