Ms. Tomaneng graduated among the top fifteen students of her graduating class.
She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Ms. Tomaneng was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022 and is a member of the Cebu Province Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
