Ms. Culala served as a Member of the Board of Editors of the Ateneo Law Journal from 2021 to 2023.
She participated in the 2021 International Humanitarian Law Moot Court Competition (via videoconference) where her team won as the National Semi-Finalist. Ms. Culala and her team also represented the Philippines and was recognized as the Global Semi-Finalist in the 2022 International Bar Association International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition at The Hague, Netherlands (via videoconference).
She has co-authored and published several legal articles, including:
- “We Built This City from Rock to Shore: Re-Conceptualizing the Concept of the Built Environment vis-à-vis Environmental Protection and Climate Change in the 21st Century” [67 ATENEO L.J. 440 (2022)]; and
- “Knives Out: Treading the Geography of Neighborhood Delinquency by Analyzing the Nexus Between Built Environment and Crime Incidence” [67 ATENEO L.J. 494 (2022)].
Ms. Culala was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023 and is a member of the Cavite Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
